Appointment requests

The details you provide in the appointment form are emailed to Thames Dental Clinic so the clinic can respond and arrange your visit. They are handled through the clinic’s Google Workspace email account. The website does not store requests in a separate patient database. Please keep detailed medical information for your consultation.

Optional analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure visits to general information pages and clicks on booking, telephone, email and map links. We do not send names, contact details, form messages, preferred dates or specific treatment interests to Analytics. Appointment, emergency and individual treatment pages are excluded from our page measurements.

Analytics can process online identifiers, browser and device information and approximate location. Google processes this information on its infrastructure, which may be outside Malta. See how Google uses information from websites.

Google Analytics is not loaded until you accept analytics cookies. Advertising features are disabled. Analytics cookies are set for up to six months, and your preference is stored in this browser until you change it or clear browser data. Rejecting analytics does not affect booking or access to the website.
